Night buses by Hannah Wilmshurst

 On Tuesday we showed Hannah Wilmhurst's Images of night buses at 
Tsangs' Takeaway on Iffley Road
To me this was a match made 'in heaven'.
For sometime now I have been fascinated by the expression of people in transit.
People seem resigned and just waiting to arrive a type of surrender to the circumstances

In Chinese Takeaway one can see a similar surrender whilst people wait to be fed,in a sense.
This sense of waiting is heightened by the fluorescent light that 'iluminates' such waiting.
Both I find have a sense of melancholy.

Thanks for joining us on the 1July,
